PPR Piping Solutions for any size Project

The Polypropylene (PPR) Pipe System has a small Carbon footprint and is fully recyclable, with pipes and fittings from 20mm to 110mm and in pressure classes from 10 to 25 bars. The pipe system has been specifically designed to enable the flow of clean hot and cold potable water. Completely replacing the use of galvanized and copper pipe, as poor or aggressive water conditions are on the increase. Unlike multi-layered pipes, this mono-layered system is the most environmentally friendly product on the market. With a minimum service life of 50 years it is one of the most cost-effective systems on the market, and carries the full SATAS & SANS approval.

PPR PIPING USES

The pipe system has been specifically designed to enable the flow of gasses, chemicals, hot and cold potable or chilled water, completely replacing the use of galvanized and copper pipe, especially in poor or aggressive water conditions.
As the pipes can handle high pressures and temperatures of up to 900C, it is the approved plumbing system for hot and cold water.
The pipes are long-lasting with a minimum life expectancy of 50 years and virtually maintenance-free.
Installation is quick and easy, taking about 15 seconds to make a 20mm fusion joint that cannot leak. The fusion joins of the pipes require no poisons chemicals and glues like Flux or Solder PVC when joining.

The Pipe System is manufactured from PP-Random Co-Polymer raw material. It meets and exceeds the German and European health standards. The manufacturing facility caries ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 Certification. With International ISO/SANS 15874: 2004 Parts 2,3 and 5, which makes it compliant to South African National Building Requirements.
